How long does my order take to ship?

Typically, we ship orders out within 2-3 days of your order confirmation. Handmade products may take slightly longer to send out, but we always try to have a slight back-stock of inventory to limit this occurrence.

What is your return policy? 

All items purchased from our Resell Store are final sale. We offer free repairs on our macrame tote bags in case knots loosen over time from heavy use. All jewelry comes with a 3 month warranty upon your purchase in case anything happens.
